To help ensure appointment availability for all patients, we require at least twenty four (24) hours’ notice for cancellations, weekends and after business hours do not count as a 24 hour cancellation. Failure to notify us, or same day cancellations will result in a $50 no show fee. Please note that insurance companies do not cover this fee, and payment will be the patient’s responsibility.
